The revenue already in your book.

Before you buy a single new lead, look at who already trusts you.

Every growing business is told to find new customers. Far fewer are told to look properly at the ones they already have.

Two of our systems have made the same discovery, in two very different businesses. The revenue was already there. It was sitting in their own data, and nobody could see it.

A broker with 16 branches

The first was one of Ireland’s larger insurance brokers. About 85% of its customers renew every year, and roughly 30,000 of them hold just one policy. Cross-selling was already a company KPI.

But the tools behind it had not kept up. About 4,900 cross-sell ideas sat in a log that nobody tracked. Referrals had lived in a spreadsheet for ten years. And when a customer’s other policies were due for renewal with a competitor, nobody knew the date, so nobody called in time.

Now the system reads the broker’s customer, policy and renewal data every night. It builds one record per household, matches the policies across it, and finds who holds one product but not another. It removes anyone already covered, or anyone who should not be contacted. Each morning, every advisor opens a short list for the day, with a call script and a drafted message.

About 63,000 customers were scanned, and about 10,000 opportunities found. All 16 branches are live, and about 70 advisors and managers use it daily.

A workplace company with three divisions

The second was a Dublin workplace business with three divisions selling to the same customers: office interiors, workplace technology and office supplies. Each division ran its own system, so none of them knew what the other two had sold.

A company would have its office fitted out by one division, and then buy managed print from a competitor six months later. Nobody had told them the same company did both.

That system reads two years of transactions across all three divisions. When one of more than 20 triggers fires (a dormant client, a growing account, a gap between divisions, a seasonal pattern), it creates an opportunity with the reason attached and a drafted email. It found more than 1,800 opportunities, and a rep can act on one in under two minutes.

Why this works better than new leads

Three reasons:

  • The customer already trusts you. A call about a product they do not yet hold, from a firm they already use, is a service call, not a cold one.
  • The data is already yours. There is nothing to buy and no list to rent. The work is joining up what you have.
  • It fits the team you have. Both systems were built to produce fewer, better opportunities, not more noise. One client’s brief said it plainly: AI should not add to anyone’s workload. So the systems are tuned for high-value, easy wins, and each one arrives ready to act on.

The person still makes the call

In both businesses, the system finds and prepares, and people decide. In insurance this is not optional. Advice and suitability stay human. The advisor makes the call, gives the advice and sends any email from their own inbox, with compliant wording.

What the system does take on is the chasing that people forget. After three missed calls, a check-in email goes out from the advisor’s own account. When a customer shares a renewal date held elsewhere, it is diarised with reminders at 30, 15 and 7 days. Every opportunity is tracked from found to contacted to won, so for the first time the business can see whether its cross-sell KPI is real.

Where to start

Pull one number: how many of your customers buy only one thing from you. If it is large, you probably do not need a new lead source yet. You need a way to see your own book, every night.

Bring one export of your customer list. We will show you what is already in it.

Before you book

What does it cost?

Every engagement starts with the AI Blueprint, priced up front. The first system is a fixed fee, set from what the Blueprint finds. Nothing is quoted cold.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere new. It runs in secure environments, on your cloud or your own servers. Every action is logged, and nothing trains anyone else's model.

How much of our team's time does it take?

Most at the start, while we learn how the work really happens. After that, a short weekly session with the people using it.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The systems, the data, the prompts and the documentation.

Pick a time that suits you.
